feature request: Allow users to create their own OIDC/OAuth2 apps to securely interface with protected APIs

What problem did you meet?

A project we are working one has a feature where we allow users to create third party applications so they can use our API with their integrations and apps. Logto does not seem to have the feature to allow the creation of third party applications and letting the user manage their own OAuth2 app settings.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

I'd like to have the ability to create third-party applications to interface through the logto gateway, similar to Auth0's third party application feature described here: https://auth0.com/docs/get-started/applications/confidential-and-public-applications/first-party-and-third-party-applications

Example use cases are a third party application using client_credentials flow to automatically document their match history recorded in our API in a google sheet for themselves to track. Or a third party developer creating a custom frontend that interfaces with our API.
