No, I am just looking for documentation about the application's accessibility conformance.

I suggest writing an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) using the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) format described at https://www.section508.gov/sell/acr/.
Which alternative solutions exist?
I do not know of an alternative for Section 508 compliance.
Additional context
US Federal agencies require compliance with Section 508 for software used by employees and visitors. This can be demonstrated with a VPAT.

We've been discussing this internally for quite some time, thus the late response. At this point in time we support accessibility best practices on a best-effort basis. If you encounter any problems with the accessibility in DevPod Desktop please report them as issues and we'll fix them quickly.
Providing a full ACR requires more time and resources than we have right now.
I'm going to leave this issue open and if there's enough community interest we can pick it up again 👍
