I also want to mention that it built just fine on a Debian distro in WSL2. Something must be off with the Ubuntu variant that prevents a successful build.
Closing as this is covered in [High Availability](https://learn.microsoft.com/entra/msal/dotnet/advanced/high-availability). We can make incremental improvements to the doc there now.
