@JamesKBowler Did you add the LicenceKey in the Autounattend.xml for that ISO? AFAIK, packer-windows uses the trial versions that don't require the Product Code.

I thought it was out of support until I found this...

Did you enable automatic updates?

Try to enable _headless_: false so you can check if the Autounattend.xml throws some errors.

I had issues with VBox versions in the past and specially if your host is a Windows OS. I have my setup locked to VBox 5.1.6 but on OSX.

Sounds like Autounattend.xml issue to me.

@torric1 I have the same issue with AzureMFA Authentication. I will try your referenced script and tweak it to see if it works.

@torric1 I thought the script is the same and the only thing it changes is the headers that set the AzureMFA Authentication.
