I ran into the issue after an upgrade from F31->F32. The solution for me was as described above creating /etc/systemd/network/98-bond-mac.link with: ``` [Match] Type=bond [Link] MACAddressPolicy=none ```

I think we should specify that Vendor should be the organization 'owning' the image.
