This is not a bug, imo. The host sends a number of host keys, one for each (configured) key algorithm. The order of preference is ssh-ed25519, ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 , rsa-sha2-256, rsa-sha2-512,...

When I try to run tests locally, "testBuildInterruption" never completes. Any idea why?

I just made a plot using alpha3 `ramplot` and `-z 0` on linux. The plot verified successfully using `chia plots check`.

I never came up with a complete solution and ended up solving my problem with a non-liquibase solution.
