Update: - **wxPython** has a [solid-looking webview implementation](https://docs.wxpython.org/wx.html2.WebView.html), but it doesn't surface HTTP headers directly, so something clever would need to be done with `GetNativeBackend()` for ... _all the platforms_....

This will be a great feature when it lands -- Flameshot's annotation tools are basically perfect -- but in the meantime, the best stop-gap I've been able to find is...
