Hi, are there any plans to fix the issue? I experience the very same issue: `GEOFENCE_TRANSITION_DWELL` not being delivered. However only some devices seem to be affected i.e. Samsung Galaxy...

PMD check doesn't seem to work (for gradle)

changing source = fileTree(android.sourceSets.main.java.srcDirs) to: source = fileTree('src/main/java/') Fixes the issue.
