使用可變字體(variable font)時全系統字體顯示異常

雪大及各位網友好，這個問題和以前的issue應該有關( https://github.com/snowie2000/mactype/issues/496 )， 就是在任何一個程式開始載入variable font後，全系統的字體顯示都會異常，只有重開機才能回復正常。 這個問題在我用Sysinternal Process Explorer的字體選擇視窗 (windows系統內建picker)，以及Inkscape (非Windows系統內建picker)時都會觸發， 在我的系統中是只要選到Noto Sans CJK後，全系統所有win32 app的字體顯示都會開始異常， 但自己渲染字體的程式，包括UWP app(開始功能表)、網頁瀏覽器(Firefox)等不受影響， 因此懷疑是Mactype字體渲染的問題導致。 Windows版本：Windows 11 (Mactype回報: `Windows 10 (build 22000)`) (Windows回報: `版本 Windows 11 專業版 版本...
