Pulling images from secured/non-public repositories from apisix-ingress-controller helm chart

Could you please make changes and provide possibility to configure imagePullSecrets or even better use global.imagePullSecrets in apisix-ingress-controller helm chart to support image pull from secured non-public repositories.

It would be nice to have a possibility to define a namespace where the objects would be created
