调用GET /v1/addresses/，设置search_word字段，查询不到数据

在新版本中验证：可以查询到数据，但查询数据不正确； 详见：https://github.com/openpitrix/notification/issues/95

创建notification接口，设置address_info为已删除或不存在的addresslist，未进行校验控制

创建或修改addresslist时，当设置的address_id中包含有重复的address时，会导致系统中存在重复的address
