I encounter the same problem, solved with solution, especially when you add flag --config=mkl. You need pay special attention to the Similar path "E:\bazel\external\mkl_windows\lib\"

try to upgrade to version 3.53. this works for me.

I get error "unable to sign certificate: must specify a CommonName" with ./kk init registry -f k8s.yaml -a kubesphere.tar.gz when i try to install offline, solved with [Taurus-Le](https://github.com/Taurus-Le) modification.
