install mesa-libEGL-devel

setup_gl ERRORFailed to configure input pad on Parsed_gltransition_0

I have the same problem with non-EGL building and for EGL building , I got Segmentation fault (core dumped) edit： https://github.com/openai/gym/issues/366 re-installing the nvidia driver with --no-opengl-libs works for me.
