When the session is locked we don't want shortcuts enabled, and for security reasons all input must go to the lock screen.
Taskbar does not disappear when applications are dragged ontop of it or for a fullscreen application
If I drag a window ontop of the taskbar it appears ontop of the window. Also when I run a fullscreen game (Minecraft which is probably using XWayland) the taskbar...
If we will stick to desktop environment tradition, windows should get maximized when dragging them to top and fill the left or right half of the screen when hitting left...
