@duncdrum I would be in favour of dropping appveyour checks completely until we have a working setup

I have yet to figure out how to remove the appveyour checks. Is it enough to remove the web hook?

I added this to todays call agenda. But I cannot participate myself.

I deactivated the web hook in settings. Let's see what happens, when I trigger a manual build.

I just tested this with latest develop (7.0.0-SNAPSHOT). It is fixed there.

@reinhapa here is the backup to restore [full-backup-restore-with-triggers.zip](https://github.com/eXist-db/exist/files/15179694/full-backup-restore-with-triggers.zip) The collection where an update trigger is configured is `/db/apps/restore-with-trigger-test`

They do _not_ get removed after the backup is completed. One needs to restart the instance to get rid of them.

The test is different from the one in the original PR targeted at develop.
