@cerize no problem :) current-user would be more about keeping the existing behaviour in the (unlikely) event that somebody relies on it

Hi @tyteen4a03, sorry for the delay: have been trying to figure out a way to do this. For the collection, you should be able to use `createdByFieldEditable`/`updatedByFieldEditable` (https://github.com/boomworks/payload-plugin-author-fields/blob/develop/demo/src/payload.config.ts#L21)
