Update/remove deprecated functions for compatibility with Mojolicious 5

- The 'app->secret' method was changed to secrets() which takes an array. - Mojo::URL had the to_rel function deprecated and then removed, with (frustratingly) no replacement available. Discussion [here](https://github.com/kraih/mojo/issues/573).
