I made a userscript that displays more than just top 50 scores in beatmaps score listing. However the /get_scores api doesn't return player country, unlike the web for top 50....

Sorry last time I said MODIFIER_PROPERTY_COOLDOWN_PERCENTAGE does not work for >100% but MODIFIER_PROPERTY_COOLDOWN_PERCENTAGE_STACKING does. Well now MODIFIER_PROPERTY_COOLDOWN_PERCENTAGE_STACKING does not work at all and MODIFIER_PROPERTY_COOLDOWN_PERCENTAGE works all the time.

I think the problem lies in the "fix respawn lvl>25" in vscripts/internal/events.lua.
