Cache auto complete suggestions

Cache all suggestions downloaded in autocomplete forms (of Stops) to make the search faster when recurring. Alternatively cache all Stops on the device and synchronize for changes.

Improve time formatting so it will be correct based on the events time zone or make it a user option. Maybe timezone could be in Configuration sheet?

Check at registration, loop over reg spreadsheet, if e-mail is found, send an e-mail that the person is already registered and info about status

Add a comment in the beginning of each js file and say what the code does and where it's used.

Add a google calendar event with the time and date of the event. and automatically attach it to the registration e-mail.

Make it easy to create a new event site by simple configure name, date and max attendees and the press "Create event" button.
