There is something strange going on. In the log-file where it prints out the headers the line ends ";B;CK;+". When looking in the CSV-file the line ends ";BACK;+". Nothing obviously...

This was fixed by commit 58e9830cf9f5841a112743b9f05b4bf1a0b60a6f by Mario Voigt as part of updating this extension to work with Inkscape 1.0.

Clever workaround. I think I prefer the Fraction Slash workaround, but if it works it works.
