Is there a way to get the optical flow of PCD module?

I read that you have analysed the flow of the PCD Alignment Module in 4.3. Ablation Studies.

I didn't see that you load the pretrained model in your function vgg_19

I can't understand how the video data were processed in this way, You mentioned in your paper that it is benefcial to improve temporal coherence of the output.

Have you publish a paper which topic is ARGAN?
