Unable to install package

I was able to fix the issue by changing the import statement in access_token.go to [github.com/dgrijalva/jwt-go](http://github.com/dgrijalva/jwt-go). I saw there was a [Pull Request](https://github.com/sfreiberg/gotwilio/commit/e00bda2063d7980be5262fc6fcb0df995859cae0) merged in that changed this to "github.com/golang-jwt/jwt",...
