@Szegoo running benchmarks for all testnet runtimes as requested. The production runtimes have been moved to the fellowship and are being removed from here, so no use in benching those.

There doesn't seem to be a one-size-fits all for differentiating trackpad from mouse wheel. For my purposes, I've updated this branch so the mouse wheel handling works like it does...
