Thanks for the detailed report. Could you try using `Engine.clear(engine)` after using `Body.setVertices`? Also do you have `poly-decomp` set up in your project? See docs for [Bodies.fromVertices](https://brm.io/matter-js/docs/classes/Bodies.html#method_fromVertices) for more info.
This isn't really in the scope of issues here as it doesn't sound like an issue with matter.js? My guess is you need to properly dispose / recreate your engine...
