Map to ctg.fa or to HiFi-reads.fa

Thanks you yet another excellent tool!

I was just looking at using srt and reading the docs: in the 'getting started' section 'analyze' shows mapping the srf.elong.fa to ctg.fa, but in the lower 'Analysis' section this mapping is done to HiFi-reads.fa.

I just wnated to confirm which one was the correct usage? I'm looking to quantify a highly repetetive HiFi assmebly post scaffolding.
