k8 missing

Hi there

I ran into this error now, when using srf:

srfutils.js enlong $REF.srf.fa > $REF.srf.enlong.fa
$/usr/bin/env: k8: No such file or directory

Easy fix was to get the k8 executable from dipcall, but perhaps its worth noting this dependency https://github.com/lh3/dipcall
