Documentation Request for paftools.js 'call'

Thank you all for providing the paftools.js call utility!

The output file for the call command lists start and stop coordinates. I belive the start is 0-based (like a bed file), however this is not documented anywhere. Am I correct in this assumption?

I think it would be very useful to have the index type (0-based, 1-based) documented for the output text file so that users can compare it with other files (such as vcf [1-based] files).
