Reassembling polished unitigs with the raw reads

I had the idea of polishing the unitigs using Racon, then reassembling these polished unitigs with the original raw reads to possibly hopefully reads that might join some of the dead-end unitigs. It didn't quite have the intended result. The three circular unitigs in the assembly were assembled, and all of the linear unitigs disappeared. I'm just experimenting here. Feel free to close this issue.
