Possibility to use hickit for bulk Hi-C modelling?

thank you for creating such an exciting modelling tool. I was wondering whether it would be possible to somehow use hickit for modelling of bulk whole genome Hi-C, given for instance the HiC-Pro output files (matrix and bed)?

Thank you very much for your kind words. Unfortunately, this repo cannot yet model from bulk Hi-C data. Other labs (such as Bin Zhang at MIT) work on modeling bulk Hi-C data.
