I was sure that you'll find `JustinTulloss/zeromq.node` in that project list. But I'm not very familiar with the appveyor permissions so I might be wrong.

I'm glad you got it working! @Parasin A PR adding a note to the installation instructions on `zeromq` would be super helpful :)
It looks like you can do this from the Platformio Terminal itself: https://github.com/platformio/platformio-atom-ide-terminal#terminal
The issue was fixed in https://github.com/zeromq/zeromq.js

I also made a Tensorflow implementation of this Optimizer including unittests. It is available at https://gist.github.com/lgeiger/10a3b1a0b94b52bc64d14d949ad74595 If I find time, I'll convert it to a real repo including some examples.
