Many-to-many "through" table with multiple rows of identical foreign key pairs only returns one result

"Solved" this performing an separated query to the N:M table (a raw query).

Seems it is a problem when using it in a not CommonJS context (such react-native). In this cases, you cannot use native nodejs modules. For me, it worked (react-native) 1....

knex.on('query-error', ...) does not trigger on some connection errors

it would be nice if there were a separate event to detect connection problems. But having this check would be also great.
