More like an Avalonia/libinput issue, not in the scope of this extension.
Just fixed in release 7.1.21.
This issue is resolved by #158. We cherry-picked the change and shipped in v11.0.35 of [our fork](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=lextudio.vscode-axaml).
