Use /sbin/ldconfig -p to find ORACLE_HOME

On Debian and derivatives, Oracle Instant Client installation is simplest with ZIP files and ldconfig. No RPMs and no Alien. Then neither ORACLE_HOME nor LDCONFIG are necessary.
