Per discussion on listserv, moving deploy process to github actions. @tingeber and @joncamfield are working on this. Thanks to Tin's scripting of actions, we are now in test/tweak and rollout....
Running a link-checker against the site reveals a number of external links which no longer work. For some of these, I think we might shift towards linking to archive.org versions....
