How to update login view when user name or password wrong

I want to tell the user name or password is wrong when there is something wrong with the user's input by update login view

Not just a 403 page, need some where to add a descrption text config to show on the 403 page.

Stratum client notification buffer is full crash the process.

This error happened a lot and crash xmrwasp everytime it occure.
