@kroese understood, thanks! What about DHCP? Do you foresee any issues with it, as we are planning to run multiple containers on the same host?

I'd love to see `PUBSUB_EMULATOR_HOST` supported out of the box. Right now it's my second hour digging into connecting Broadway to the emulator and I'm still somewhere half-way there.

The GH actions are failing for now. I hope to fix it in the next PR which is coming right after this one.
