This issue seems to be more frequent on Windows Server 2019 (so probably Windows 10 too) than on Windows 8.1. Suggestions very welcome.
Note that it seems to be somewhat broken on keynav too, so it might not be a very common use case.
mpd does not have a lyrics feature. Are you sure you're not using the lyrics feature of your usual mpd client?
Is it possible to use a `ZlibDecompressionStream` with a `Pipe`? I'm not sure how to use it.
What happens for a range of `ubyte`s that aren't valid UTF-8? Is this covered by a test?
I think you can customise Bootstrap and get rid of all the bloat? I don't know how effective it is though. Flexbox is a good idea though.
