PoC cannot handle api-server on self-signed https

@rubin55 , you need to add following in .kube/config - cluster: insecure-skip-tls-verify: true to get ride of the self signed error

we having same issue here, it take terraform more than 70+ mins to upgrade from 1.28 to 1.29, and the process is not transparent at all, there basically no log...
