MineClone2 boats have animated oars. They are also controlled with the keyboard and not the mouse, which seems more responsive.

Chickens should glide and bat their wings when falling and they should fall slowly, not taking fall damage.
As one goes deeper underground the sound of rain should decrease and eventually disappear. As it is, even several blocks underground the sound of rain can still be heard.
Behavior: when adding a new file, if a file with the same name already exists it gets overwritten. Ideal behavior: notify the user and / or prompt to rename one...
