The cat facts API accessed using .cats has been deprecated as it relies on the same support that the .py command did. Because of this .cats will always error.
Deprecated the bing plugin due to the bing API no longer being free.
This adds a missing docstring for the color_parse command and updates the existing doc strings to use a single hyphen instead of two in accordance with the latest docstring standards.
