I added a new project from Metube and deleted it, this solved my problem, the extra resource was also deleted and I was able to delete the server.

Perhaps some kind of floating bug, after that I deployed metube several times on different servers and everything was fine

Yes, I think it's a great idea to give the user root to remove other users from the system
