真的是天坑。多谢楼主。在 tags 里面找到了 [1.15.0](https://github.com/webpack/webpack/tree/v1.15.0) 这个版本已经修复了这个问题。应该也是 webpack1 的最后一个大版本了。另外，1.15.0 依赖的是 uglifyJS [2.7.5](https://github.com/mishoo/UglifyJS2/blob/v2.7.5/lib/scope.js)
