[Feature Request] Allow narrate without sending the message to the chat

It'd be great to either have a "narrate only, no chat" command, or a setting to skip the chat totally when narrating.

"Deactivate" vs. "Disable" All Modules

Cosmetic only, but the Settings page for this module refers (twice) to the _"Disable All Modules"_ button. The button is called _"Deactivate All Modules"_. (It also refers to the _"Save"_...
