项目国际化文件中部分代码重复

config/locales/zh_js/all.js中 public: "公开", private: "私有" 重复，config/locales/zh_js/application_spaces.js中 spaceEnName: "应用空间英文名称" 重复； config/locales/en_js/ 中也重复
