Why was this released in a patch version?!

False positive import/no-deprecated for typescript overloads

Seems like the rule just gets a `metadata` object with `tags` including `@deprecated` for a particular method. Would that be coming from `@typescript-eslint/parser`?

It can be worked around with `skipLibCheck`, yes. But not ideal.

Replace usage of Jest globals with @jest/globals package

I think this would also help with bun compatibility since it rewrites references to `@jest/globals` ? It doesn't seem to work currently
