Well removing cases would be a nice one to have. But indeed putting the default on top might again break because of the compiler flags.
For which Stryker version are you asking this? All three versions have there own implementation and also guidelines on how to create new mutators
I like them for both aspects really, one just for general information on Stryker which will fun to read. And one specifically for each version of Stryker for the roadmaps.
In the end this is still just text in an html list. So i don't see how this is more maintanance work then a markdown file.
