Removed Hurricane Electric and UltraDNS as DNS resolvers, UltraDNS is mostly a commercial solution. Added secondary DNS servers for OpenDNS and Dyn. Added Quad9, Level3 and Canadian Shield DNS servers....

When completing a task (Create new journey entry), the "Duration" text box should be optional. I care that I completed the task, not how long it took.
