Touchpad scroll direction

使用触摸板左右滚动时，水平滚动条跟随着触摸方向进行滚动。这和常用的编辑器如vs code的滚动方式相反。 期望能有一个选项配置，可以开启水平相反的滚动方向，使得触摸板水平滚动能更符合操作逻辑。

You can scroll left and right by shift + wheel, also available through shift + two finger， why not directly support the left and right scrolling of the touchpad ?

 默认布局都是宽度等分布局的，可以优化笔记本，章节，笔记这个三栏的默认占用比例吗，把更多内容用于展示笔记内容页 效果类似这样：  这是手动调整的结果，一点布局按钮就重置了
