LGTM functionally. @Stitchpunk might not be happy about the lack of spaces for that loop, but since we don't have a standardized style guide, it should be fine.

In general `trunk-recorder` treats human-facing representations of talkgroups and IDs in decimal. This isn't the case for say system information (system/site IDs, etc.) but off the top of my head...
