Poor performance on STM32 board?

Hello everyone! I'm interested in running your framework on my Blackpill board (STM32F411CEU6). I've noticed that I'm experiencing poor performance, and I'm wondering if I might be using your framework...

Since we are using ttyUSB0 exposure, maybe it is possible to pass device as param? The problem is that in non-privileged mode, container does not start without reader plugged in.

Start initial test coverarage system for PRISMO app. I propose to start with web_api endpoints.

To keep syncronized across the plugins and inside app, let's keep track of all global events in separate module `utils.events`

- all web API endpoints should be also accessed only for authorized users - review auth implementation - separate auth logic and code

Now statistics of usage of tools is fake, need to calculate real ones. Also, `remaining time` should be set in settings.
